SRTS Expanded - Ship Categorizer

Description
Puts SRTSE in the "Ship" category like how it was pre-1.4, and removes the SRTS category completely.

Should be compatible with any and all mods that use the "SRTS_Expanded" category for thingdefs.

@ bearhiderug This just uses XML patching so *all* ThingDef that use "SRTS_Expanded" as its designationCategory will instead use "Ship", so any other mods should work if this is loaded after them. Let me know if you find any that this mod doesn't work with and I'll update it!

Will it work with other ship additions from mods? could an autopatcher for that be created, thankyou for your work
