Description
Change the expectations of the Ideology DLC leader position to -2 (more responsible), production quality shift +1 (absolute talent), and healing others to improve the morale of the treated (leaders).

1.6 Added missionaries, those who have modification needs can modify the files themselves, with Chinese annotations. If you don't understand anything, you can leave a message asking me.

@ArnoFanrce 所有专家的代码都在RimWorld\Data\Ideology\Defs\PreceptDefs\Precepts_Role.xml里面，射击专家的defName是IdeoRole_ShootingSpecialist，然后里面的代码你懂点英文都能看懂，就可以随便加和改了

@2941026574 好了，另外加了个传教者拥有相同效果，不想要可以进文件从<!-- ↓↓↓传教者↓↓↓ -->到最下面</Patch>以上直接删了，其他修改方法有注释

你可以自己改mod文件，毕竟也有人想要生产+1。修改方法是打开mod目录，打开1.4文件直至最里面，点开Precepts_Role，找到
