I'ma be doin this differently
First thing is to download the model using this link (don't sub to this page you'll just get a retarded sign lmao)

You will see three things, the model zip folder, a Blender file and a dmx file
The blender file is for anyone who wishes to use the model in other softwares etc etc idc enjoy
The dmx file you will place under your animation folder in usermod like so
"SourceFilmmaker\game\usermod\Animations\redstingerdefaultpose.dmx"
when you load in the model right click on it under the "animation set editor,"
select "import" and then "animation."
Navigate until you find the dmx and select it and kaboom the default pose is fixed up 🗿🗿🗿🗿🗿
