[TF2C] GRN/YLW Senthia PM & Ragdoll

Hey and it's senthia again but this time she has the TF2C 4 team colors so uh yeah.
This is more of a separate addon of senthia just to reduce file size clutter this is a fully optional addon.

NOTE: it requires the original senthia model or otherwise you will ENCOUNTER errors!

- Facial flexes (with blinking)
- 10 Skin Expressions
- Playermodel with fully rigged c_arms
- Correct Body Proportions
- Jiggle Bones
- Bodygroups

- C_arms aren't really the best looking (valve bip rig moment)
- Clipping
- Textures are ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up for certain PC builds (I don't even know what causes this..)

Heckkkkk - For all the modeling work .
Pyro Donut - Texture editing work and other stuff.
Nella - For designing Senthia.
Mochi - For some of the material VMT's and creating Mimi Sentry.
Willi - Helping out with some of the rigging issues.
