EastYangtse's add Old Boy's Vietnam missions（CHN & ENG）

Hi everyone,I really like the series of Old Boy's Vietnam mod.So now I would like to enriched some content for it.
The first step is to add some humanskins and weapons.And you can see the actors of
MOW Vietnam revive in the mod.

The new mission was built on Old Boy's map,I just I just used new materials to write the triggers.
