His hat can actually come off.

Press J to make it come off, and make him BALD

it's only the blue one. the colored ones are shown off to show the customization of the cops if anyone knows how to change colors, which is possible if you right-click on the colored areas like the suit, and go through the menu until you click "Change Color"
