Description
Introduction

First of all, you need to know that you will pilot this mech blindly. Such decision was made in favor of aesthetic appearance.

Hardest thing you need to do in the beginning is to find terminal in the rear section of the mech. Then you should type:
Toggle markers

Now you have some marks to orientate. You can check the image above to understand position of every piece of interactable things. After playing for some time, you will memorize (or not) placement and functions of everything.
At this point you can try to turn off markers or toggle simplified markers by typing:
Simple markers
They look much more appropriate and show only periscopes and monitor position.
It my personal preference to play with these.

Controls

You can pilot this mech in two ways:
  • By upper right periscope (by default)
  • Via navigation terminal
Periscope controls:
  • Hold: mech will go to the position of your cursor
  • Double click: change steering to laser chaingun control

You can change steering mode by pressing corresponding button on navigation terminal.



Terminal commands

All available commands:

-Toggle markers
useful for better orientation

-Simple markers

-Toggle laser auto mode
when a creature gets in the line of sight of the laser beam, lights will glow up and you need to hold it on a target for a few seconds for weapon's activation

-Toggle shock
this option was made only for a fact that this mech doesn't have any measures to attack enemies in the back (all of the weapons are directed to the front side and have limited rotation angles)
(I don't recommend playing with this)

-FIX, Fix, fix
(such variety exists for situations when you in a hurry and everything falls into the chaos)
activates detonators with fixfoam grenades or with whatever you put in them
(must be reloaded manually: one can be reached from inside and for two others you must leave the mech and do it outside)

-Lost planet fan
show off mech's charge via dynamically changing numbers for better understanding of the power supply needs
(also it refers to a videogame "Lost planet", from where I took some inspiration)

Weaponry

Laser beam cannon
Powerful long-range armament, capable of destroying most of the natural threats of Europa. Takes few second to charge up. After shot requires some time to reload its capacitor.

Missile launcher (railguns) / Double flak cannon
Upper weapons, useful for eliminating armored threats or dealing with big groups of enemies.
Can be changed via navigation terminal.
Missile launcher must be reloaded manually. Loaders (4) are accessible from outpost when docked.
Double flak cannon doesn't require manual reloading.

Chaingun
Standart chaingun, loaded with shredder ammunition boxes. Doesn't require manual reloading.
Shares its capacitor with laser chaingun.
(limited rotation angle)



Laser chaingun
Mid-range energy weapon. Doesn't require manual reloading.

Yeah, somehow it is. But I can only make horizontal or vertical movement with docking hatches, but that still will be lame. I cannot surpass limitations of sub editor.
