Description
About:
Adds xenogerms for all vanilla and modded xenotypes.
Features:
  • Vanilla lore sometimes mentions that xenogerms for particular xenotypes exist and are commercially available; however, in the base game, this is not the case. This mod fixes that.
  • This mod automatically creates a xenogerm for every vanilla and modded xenotype, but not for custom ones.
  • For custom xenotypes, you can try using this.
  • Unlike normal xenogerms, xenotype xenogerms are self-applied.
  • Implantation of xenotype xenogerms will cause the same effects as normal implantation.
  • Xenotype xenogerms are not craftable. They can be bought from traders as exotic items or obtained from quests.
  • The base cost for xenotype xenogerms is 2000, increased to 6000 if the xenogerm is archite.
  • This mod doesn't just apply genes to the pawn's genes; it changes the pawn's xenotype, which is important for ideology's preferred or hated xenotypes.
  • After you load up the game, if you open up the console log with ~, you will be able to see each xenotype a xenogerm was created for.

  • Q: Is this mod safe to add mid-save?
    A: It depends on what other mods you have installed. Make a backup save first.
  • Q: Is this mod safe to remove mid-save?
    A: No, removal will cause errors.

Why this mod is so аналоговнет? There's a lot of mods with races, like a really lot of them. And no one thought about preferred xenotypes?

For anyone hoping to be able to install this on 1.5, I found that this caused my game to boot to a black screen. An update for 1.5 is needed.

Is it intended that germline xenotype xenogerm (like one for dirtmole xenotype) does not override already present genes (like for waster), but instead adds to them? I've got strange waster-dirtmole chimera
