"This powerful close-range rifle was made for assaulting on people." - SCR

The Sakuri Chiyuran Field Gun-55 (FG-55) is a compression rifle that direct upgrade from SCR's FG-27 "Field Gun" which improve rate of fire on close-range. The weapon was adopted by Gamalaticania Alliance Army and Marine Corps as "Assault Rifle" that engage in close combat engagement, as well as Gamalaticania Alliance's elite police unit "Search and Rescue (SAR)".

The weapon is inspired by FN FAL. Since term "shotgun" is a human language, the Midgarans never adopted or know about the word "shotgun" since they have been extinct in the Third Global Conflict along with human race seven million year ago which is a good reason why they refer as "Assault Rifle" instead of "Auto Shotgun".
