Description
After a brief "conversation" with the courier, we're raiding a location that he's been delivering to.

Appearently, this cell aids in the distribution of chemicals throughout the region.

Clear out all targets on site.

There's no doubt there'll be more information regarding more drop-off locations and affiliates.

There may be civilians on site.
