Description
Intel salvaged from the office job we pulled awhile back yielded information about wealthy Nowheraki indivuduals.

Their funds were supplying the insurgency, and is the reason why their chemical distribution system (and possibly business) exists in the first place.

One of those individuals we've been tracking seems to have gotten cold-feet after witnessing our recent success, and is trying to cut ties.

As you can suspect, terrorists don't like it when you run off with their money, and they got him locked up inside a conference room on the first floor of a hotel.

Move in with the contractors, and rescue the VIP.

I managed to win this mission after several tries. Turns out for those who need some help:
It seems that using the sniper can trigger the immediate execution. I was able to beat the mission by just doing a full assault up the main hallway, but didn't use the sniper. I got close enough to the VIP room with enough seconds left on the timer to do a breach and clear. The tough part was clearing the last few tangos off the map.

how do you kill the 2nd Executioner if you have like 20 guards and a locked door infront of it
