Description

This is an edit of Cuba's Jacketless Bill mod reworked to only appear on The Passing campaign, effectively limiting the mod to Bill's corpse. It also includes Cuba's "Canon Colors" module for the original mod built in.

Naturally this will conflict with any mods editing Bill's base model.

even if it's intended to be used with louis in bill's jacket it still conflicts.
