NPC Interactions

~NOTE: this is an ALPHA preview~

This mod allows town NPCs to talk to eachother in a floating text bubble style, it is meant to add a layer of immersion (at least that was the intention)

Some interactions (one NPC saying one thing and the other replying) have special conditions such as how happy the NPC is, how fed they are, etc. serving as a way to tell what an NPC needs.

Do note this is not chat GPT level of communication, if it is raining then an NPC might say something about the rain, if the NPC is hungry they might comment on it, but they won't write essays for eachother or come up with complex conversations

Oh also I added a basic config file if you want to tweak some stuff (In "%appdata%/necesse/cfg/mods/InteractionsMod" for windows, no idea for linux/unix sorry) make sure to run the game with the mod enabled at least once to generate the config file/folder
