Wii Shop Theme inside Elevators

Description
Modified version of minousmuffel's addon that allows music to be played inside the Dead Center and No Mercy elevators. This modifies the music to play the Wii Shop Channel Theme (with a proper loop!)

Hey, I just tested this. It works perfectly, but could you turn up the volume a bit, because it sounds kinda low and the rest of sounds overlap on it so it is barely heard.
