This is the Prisoner People.

Comes with handcuffs that are not removable (cause prisoner) however, you can manually remove them off if you delete them

Has a designated prisoner number (anyone with a knowledge in stealth games will figure it out)

List of uses: breaking bad, inmate fights, epic escape, shawshank redemption, and more

Policeman People strongly recommended to go with this addon.

D-9341 has been proven to have Immortality Serum, Ultra-Strength Serum, among other anomalous substances. Extraction of rare anomalous substances has been proposed.
