Musketeer: Stun-n-Gun

Description
I didn't like adding Musketeer to my games by enabling the DLC because she was just another Arby with more trinkets flooding my loot pools. This is a Vanilla-friendly rework of the character.

I fell in love with Musketeer Plus by Arqante, but I wanted to make some of my own personal changes to it and make Musketeer more of a DPS character. I wanted it to utilize Trinket Separator and Camping Skill Separator to maximize compatibility with other basegame class reworks.

I also enjoyed the very popular Yet Another Musketeer Reworks by o'night and wanted to impliment some of the ideas and such from their mods.

Lastly, their are some new icons inspired from Consistent Skill Icon Colors by Lucceri. I love the art changes they made and some of their icons had to be included in here so that this could be above theirs in load order and blend in more seemlessly. Highly suggest you give them a subscribe.

TLDR: She hits harder, heals less, and kicks butt in the back of the party!
Musketeer now likes to hang back, dish out damage from a distance, and be stunning while doing it. With that in mind, a lot her her kit is now designed to force her towards the back of the party with a heavy preference in Position 4 and a secondary preference in Position 3.

~Things I changed are~
Damage and speed buffs to her weapon. The exact values are...

Weapon 1: Dmg 4-8, Crit 6%, Spd 3 to Dmg 5-10, Crit 8%, Spd 6
Weapon 2: Dmg 5-10, Crit 7%, Spd 3 to Dmg 6-11, Crit 9%, Spd 7
Weapon 3: Dmg 6-11, Crit 8%, Spd 4 to Dmg 7-12, Crit 10%, Spd 7
Weapon 4: Dmg 6-13, Crit 9%, Spd 4 to Dmg 8-14, Crit 11%, Spd 8
Weapon 5: Dmg 7-14, Crit 10%, Spd 5 to Dmg 9-15, Crit 12%, Spd 8

- These might seem like a lot at first glance, but the stat are somewhere between Highway Man's and Grave Robber's.

Defensive nerf to her Armor 1-5: HP decrease from 27-47 to 22-38.
Defensive buff to her Armor 1-5: Base dodge increased from 0-20 to 10-30.

- This makes Musketeer consistent with other "light" characters from the original base game. (Highway Man, Grave Robber, Occultist, etc...)
- Changed the sounds of her footsteps to match.

Skill change Smokescreen: Now a stunning move for ranks 3 and 4.

- Think of this as Smokescreen + Blinding Gas from PD. It's not as reliable as Blinding Gas out the box, but Arqante's Trinkets have got you covered.

Skill buff Call The Shot: Can be used from any position, and can target any enemy position.
Skill buff Call The Shot: Ignores stealth and Destealths the target. Dodge debuff lasts for 3 rounds instead of 2.

- The changes to skill position and round length just makes sense for consistency. The stealth interactions are for utility outside of mark synergy.

"Nothing escapes my eyes."

Skill change Buckshot: Launches from rank 2 and 3. Hits enemy frontline (rank 1 and 2), damage scales with enemy position. Can cause a small bleed. Bonus damage to Beast enemies. No long moves enemies.

- One of the additions from o'night. I liked this version of buckshot a lot. It felt intuitive and fun. I removed the move effect because it didn't feel great.
- Added bonus damage to beasts because of those high-prot pigs in the Warren. Good on the Rabid Gnashers in the Weald too!

Skill Sidearm Retreating Shot: Move skill, pushes Musketeer back one position. Targets a random enemy, activates Riposte.

- Yet another addition from o'night. The duration is 3 turns, the riposte gets more accurate the more upgraded the skill is.
- Unlike the original author, I didn't like that his riposte implimentation kept moving Musketeer back. As once you are in rank 4, not many enemies are hitting you in order to trigger the counter attack.

Skill Battlefield Bandage Smelling Salts: Buff skill, removes stun from target. Limited to 2 uses per battle; Refreshes on new wave in CoM Endless Mode.

- This skill technically still heals, but it is somewhere from 1 to 2 HP depending on level.
- Its main purpose is to prevent teammates from losing turns, and to give the target teammate a small speed buff.

Skill Skeet Shot Buttstroke: A melee move with a decent chance to stun.

- This is from Arqante, this was the skill I found the most fun from their mod.
- Its not particularly strong. The intention here is to not lose turns to shuffles and bad turn order rolls on dance teams, while also not using Retreating Shot to change position.

Move Skill: Back 2, Forward 1

- You're tryna tell me Musketeer couldn't take a step forward before? Well now she can.

Compatibility and Requirements:
This will conflict with mods that change musketeer info (obviously), but should be fine with just everything else. Notably is unaffected by mods that change Arbalest's skills as she now has her own uniquely named copies of the same effects.
Requires Trinket Separator: Base Game and Camp Skill Separator. Place both of those at the VERY BOTTOM of your modlist.
Requires the Musketeer DLC (obviously).

~legalnotice~
I do not own Darkest Dungeon or any of the assets related to it.
I DO NOT claim to have rights to any of the skills, assets, art, animations, etc... from the other modders that I culminated together to make this mod. They did the hard work, I just put the pieces together differently. Full credit to them. Please, and thank you.
This is the first mod I've made that is to this scale with so many files. Feel free to give me feedback, ask me questions, let me know if something isn't working correctly in the comments. Happy shooting!

Lastly, I would suggest you download (All non-DLC) Marks last for rounds, not turns mod by Puben to compliment this one. I had a lot of issues with the Mark mechanic and its heroes originally. Their mod changed that, and there are zero conflictions with that mod.

Uh wow, the animation to smelling salts looks a lot worse in-game than it did in the animation studio. I promise to work on it soon. Shout out to the 9 people still using this mod with an animation looking that rough! Appreciate y'all!
