Description
What does this mod do?
Ever found Isaac's Heart during a run, only to waste time devolving into philosophical questioning?

- Does this item imply Isaac didn't have his heart beforehand?
- How come the item looks nothing like the Child's Heart trinket?
- Is Isaac not a child?

Well I've got the solution for you!
This changes its name and appearance to instead be a reference to the game "The Void Rains Upon Her Heart".
It's a subtle nod to the Zeraden's Heart (design wise, it even has an inner core).

P.S. If you haven't played that game yet, I highly recommend it, especially if you enjoy TBOI.
