Description
The original interchange was made by the workshop creator "Arisandi," I imported it into the asset editor and changed it from a "network extensions 2" asset, to one only needing Mass Transit

Make sure you have Move It and Network Anarchy installed - you will likely need to smooth a couple nodes and segments out after placing due to the lack of functionality in the asset editor.

@Dreaded_Mama, Thanks! Just let me know if anything is broken and I can get it fixed. You may need to play around with move it a little bit to make everything look smooth. The asset editor doesn't even have the option to upgrade between ground and elevated roads without rebuilding everything.
