Spreading Corruption

Description
Factions that benefit from a corruption will spread it to adjacent provinces.

Spread
1-10 corruption: +0 to adjacent provinces
11-20 corruption: +1 to adjacent provinces
21-30 corruption: +2 to adjacent provinces
31-40 corruption: +3 to adjacent provinces
41-50 corruption: +4 to adjacent provinces
51-60 corruption: +5 to adjacent provinces
61-70 corruption: +6 to adjacent provinces
71-80 corruption: +7 to adjacent provinces
81-90 corruption: +8 to adjacent provinces
91-100 corruption: +10 to adjacent provinces

I tried this for a while and I think it's a little too much, you get corruption spread from multiple adjacent provinces (+20) and then the corruption spreads without limit.

What are the numbers on your mods that change corruption spread? I'm asking as I dont want something that is OP so I would like to know

Steam still says you haven't updated. That's fine, thats a common glitch. May want to put Updated for 4.0, in the title so that way people don't have to search your comments to know it's updated.

Mod still worked, updated so loader should say it's up to date with current, have not tested with changeling
