Lua Interfaces:
function UOK_SpawnTarget(ent,ragdoll,health,timeout): Create a dummy target for overkill bind to the <ragdoll>, with relationship from <ent>, takes <health> hits and last for <timeout> seconds.

int <ragdoll>.uok_overkilled : >=1 for ragdoll being overkilled
