Description
LIFEBLOOD
Rotbaden, a small eastern town, has fallen silent. Something old and dark stirs in the depths beneath the town, and has spread its influence into the surrounding wilds. Visit the town and solve the mysteries of Rotbaden to unlock a new port city.

Lifeblood offers challenging endgame combat along with a large adventure zone to explore and new enemies to face. Triumph over five boss battles to open the path to a repeatable combat zone with a twist- you can take up to 8 party members!

As with all of my mods, Lifeblood can be seamlessly integrated into an existing save with no need to start a new game. Rotbaden can be found early on in a playthrough, and the first battle won’t be too rough. But venture deeper into Lifeblood, and the enemies become very difficult. It is advisable to visit Rotbaden with a late game or endgame party.

Features:
  • New Port City between Ahlvarza and Avenholdm at 51S, 96E
  • New Quest (free the people of Rotbaden from a strange curse)
  • New Wilderness Adventure Zone
  • New Repeatable Weekly Combat Zone (8 party members)
  • New Enemies
  • Environmental Puzzles
  • New Weapons and Gear

Notice:
If you have increased your party size through mods (such as this one or this one) or other means, be aware that you won’t be able to return to the world map after the repeatable combat zone until you have no more than 5 active crew selected.

It’s probably worth mentioning that this mod features a lot more blood than you’ll find in the base game.

Ok, AMTDan, here are the hints. To open the seal in order to access the central tomb, check the urns behind the tomb. To lower the spike (which isn't necessary, as you discovered), check the plant up and to the left, surrounded by a bush.

It may be under a plant or something nearby. I can’t recall. I will check later on today and post a spoilered hint if you haven’t yet found it.

Technically I cant find one for the spike that blocks the entrance to the tomb either but I can just gate past that

I maybe an idiot but for some reason I cannot find the switch to open the floor seal in the central tomb and I"ve searched for quite a while. I've gotten much harder puzzles from you but I cannot get thiso one :(

Thanks for the feedback, DeNarr. I've added a bit more text to the hint item's journal entry that should make it clearer that an attack from a bladed weapon is necessary.

So, I had to come to this page to figure out how to make a stake. I thought it would be a "crafting" thing, and kept trying to combine the wood with weapons. I then tried making wooden weapons and using those. It would have never occurred to me that I would need to attack a piece of wood on the ground. You might want to make the note more explicit.

My keybinding was inexistent so thanks to game-zerox I could do it, my AppData was hidden so I clicked to show hidden files and there it was, after I added the keybinding in the ini, everything is working perfectly, thank you.
game-zerox:
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\BoatTactics\keybinds.ini
[Keybinding]
command=console; key=U;
then pressing Shift + U should bring up the console.
Prominence  [author] 17 Feb, 2024 @ 3:06pm
That's a shame. All I can suggest is figuring out how to open the console. If holding the SHIFT key and pressing `~ doesn't work, you'll have to do some research on how to get the "tilde" key functional for your keyboard. There may be some settings in Windows that you can use.

I imagine you could also go into your save file (text file) and add a winged bust to the stash, but I'm not 100% sure how to do that. Make sure you back up your saves before attempting anything like that.

Sorry that this has happened to you! I really don't know why your last winged bust didn't show up. In all of my testing, all of the winged busts are present.
ShineOmega 17 Feb, 2024 @ 2:54pm
Yes. I have everything except the last Winged Bust, I thought it was strange.
I did repeat the areas to see everything but with no luck.
