pm9 evil gun swep

Description
poopmadness 9 evil gun swep located under blasphemy weapon category

originally an unreleased swep made around october 2022 that i lost interest to finishing so i decided to upload it, strange behavior to be expected

in console:
pm9_cam_tilt - 1 to slightly tilt camera when aiming, 0 to not

pm9_popup_random - rng range of whether the "hallucinations" appear or not, 0 to turn them off, 1 to make them show up every kill and a higher number than 1 for less than a 100% chance of them appearing

fun poopmadness fact: in the comments of the orginal PM9 evil gun video someone asked "what does the pm stand for" and poopmadness responded with "pussy max" so this means the PM9's real name would be the pussy max 9 evil gun
