Description
-All Units are available to all generals.
-Technology tree tweaks to unlock units.
-Trebuchet & Siege Engines are the only units locked for strategists & commanders.
-high tier units (imperial & dragon) still needs Lv.4 character at least to unlock.

So then they can just be recruited? i think maybe before i get this i wanna ask if its compatible and if it is, does the generals rank or level determine the amount of units in the pool? I.E. level 4 will have militia and level 6 will have elite etc?

Not with TROM/TUP, I leveled up liubei to 15 and was not able to recruit no imperial units. But the research requirement for those is definitely dropped.
