Add genes that increase and decrease parts HP.
The amount of effect of each gene can be adjusted from the config.

Default Performance
-Part HitPoint Plus(small)
Cpx:1 Met:-3
Raises the HP of Parts by 10 and then by 50%.

-Part HitPoint Plus(medium)
Cpx:3 Met:-5
Raises the HP of Parts by 20 and then by 100%.

-Part HitPoint Plus(great)
Cpx:5 Arc:1
Raises the HP of Parts by 40 and then by 200%.

-Part HitPoint Down
Cpx:1 Met:+3
Downs the HP of Parts by 75%.

Basically, I do not include the source code in the mod, so if you want to know the process, decompile the source code.
