Description
The team successfully evacuated with the VIP, however the car suffered immense damage.

They're stopped near downtown, and need a place to hunker down.

There appears to be a situation around the corner.

Insurgents and some straggling rioters scared up some tourists, and don't have any plans to let them go.

Bring the VIP and the hostages to the designated safe area.

Terrorists must've took advantage of the riot commotion, and have control of the block. More might appear once we attack.
