Description

add a heavy quadruped mech "Theraphosidae". can build it like other mechanoid after research High Mechtech

+ tactical Conceal: invisible in one hour, one day CD
+ Rocket Turret: auto lunch a aluminothermal rocket every 7.5 second, will make every pawn take more damage and slow them down, this Hediff will disappear about 20 second
+ can Mining and Hauling
+ strong, fast recharge shield

- Low health scale
- 6 band width cost

bit of a stretch but could you possibly make a texture like the Tachikomas from the ghost in the shel anime? I think it would look more vanilla ish the current one just looks too advanced for the rim its beautiful but off putting i think or at lest shrink the legs down a bit

Hi Lyinlen,

I just want to say how impressed I am with your Mech Theraphosidae mod. I have just started Rimworld modding and am keen to make some mech mods. I searched the Steam workshop area and reviewed all of the mech mods that I could find. Your mod has amazing artwork and a cleverly constructed mech.

Best of all, your mod has achieved a high quality outcome without the need for C# code. Your code explores all of the areas of mech modding using XML and is a great reference for people like me who need some guidance.

Well done!! BTW... I am surprised that you weren't tempted to add the vanilla MechLongJump ability... lol.
