KR Submod - Simple Extra Cores for CHI

A very simple KR submod that gives tag=CHI three independent decisions to integrate Tibet/Xinjiang/Mongolia as core territories. PS: You need to fully occupy these regions, have enough regional compliance and defeat all other national governments (QIE/FNG/GXC etc. )

Each decision costs 50 PP and a 0.1 Daily PP Cost for 180 days. Still, these territories will be modified as Autonomous Regions even if they are cores.

为CHI势力添加三个单独的决议（在"中国的统一"决议栏中），可以在击败如QIE、FNG等国内竞争对手，占领西藏、新疆、蒙古地区并选择不释放傀儡，并且这些地区的顺从度足够高后将这三个地区核心化——但是这些地区将会获得一个地区修正，作为民族自治区，提供较少人力和工业/更多的资源。
