Custom NPC Spawner

Description
Hello everyone!

This addon adds a tool onto the game. This tool can be found here:
Spawn Menu > Tools > NPC Creator.

This is a list of all the tools settings and what they do:
Settings
What does it do?
NPC Class
Changes the NPC Class.
(Example: npc_kleiner)
NPC Weapon
Changes the NPC Weapon.
(Example: weapon_ar2)
Color
Changes the color of the NPC.
(Example: Black)
Size
Changes the size of the NPC.
(Example: 2x)

an upgrade for this mod would be if we could make non npc ragdolls into npcs somehow

How do you pull the menu up
