how would this guy be level 1 and have those kind of skills at the same time? This should be a lvl4+ merc from the get go.

Otacon mecanics is probably a 100 (optics camo, Rex, managing a plane and snake equipement and small metal gear in MGS4 ... what more do you need to do to get 100? :D) but his leadership? at best he's 40 (and that's being really really generous).
Marksmanship is probably around 60 (since in this game 60 is not knowing how to shoot at all)
Dexterity is probably 80 (which compensate marksmanship and again he uses his hand a lot)
With all that, he probably need some perk, else he'll be subpar no matter what.

PLEASE PLEASE DO KAZ MILLER! and Snake. please!!! in the future when the voice lines are able to be added. i would love to have Kaz Miller screaming about fiddles to me. :) and have interactions like the video above with snake. lol
