changes the necronomicon to a magic spell that twists the spermatic cord, cutting off the blood supply of the enemies testicle

they share the same audio file as the death card, black hard sound and secret room reveal via item/i can see forever pill. I think its possible to redirect the sound path from the necronomicon to a brand new sound, however you need to do some stuff with the XML files in the game and i havent looked into that yet
