Should include all character spellcasters as well as all units that have bound spells which im also counting as spellcasters for the purposes of this, if you find one i have missed put it in the comments and i will attempt to fix it, however test it with just this and SFO enabled to make sure its not a mod conflict first.

I don't intend to add other mods characters to this 1 because i generally don't use them and 2 it would be a lot of work
