The Boiling Hothead from SM64, Bully, bashes into Fraymakers!

A simple, no frills rushdown for those who like to charge in and get their hands dirty! ...Or rather horns, in this case!
And I mean simple, Bully has no gimmicks, no meter, no resource, nothing! All it needs is a mean look and the intent to skewer!

MOVELIST

Jab: A forward horn stab that leaves opponents stunned that you had the audacity to literally just impale them. Stunning leads to easy followups with Bully's other normals.
FTilt: A simple pirhoette kick.
DTilt: A super fast low kick!
UTilt: An upward sweep with Bully's horns. Pairs well as a second half to Jab!

FStrong: A flamethrower attack!
DStrong: Spin a firebar to either side, sweeping a large area with disjointed fireballs!
UStrong: Retracts Bully's horns and replaces them with a bigger central one. Has a powerful tipper on the point.

NAir: Bully expels fire from its body, turning its own body into a fireball!
FAir: A disjointed multihit as Bully drills forward with its horns. Can do dragdown combos.
DAir: A familiar drill kick from a certain pink guy. Not as handy with only one jump, though-
BAir: THE BAir! A solid double kick backward for combos and kills.

NSpecial: Spew a single fireball, or charge it up for an array of three! Fires at a slight downward angle when used in the air.
FSpecial: Bash forward and ram into foes! Jumping can mix things up and extend the length of the move. Holding Down during recoil will stop Bully from bouncing up.
DSpecial: A ground pound! It does ground pound things, like spiking, and falling into the abyss like a loser if you miss!
USpecial: Bully once again becomes a flamethrower, and propels itself upward! Doesn't go very high, but has great horizontal momentum.
