  • Double Barrel Shotgun (From TLOU Part2) - 12 Gauge Shells/ Incediary Shells, (Default key to switch between ammo types: T, read patchnotes for more info),

    *Guns (excluding flamethrower) don't use actuall magazine items, but are instead loaded with ammunition only.


Yes the guns are upgradable, just like in the original game! You have to upgrade them at a table from "The Workshop".
Guns will also feature visible upgrades! Such as, but not limited to, bigger magazine on the 9mm or Ammo strap on Double barrel Shotgun.

  • Shotgun - Increase Firerate / Increase Ammo Capacity / Increase Range,
  • Shorty - Increase Firerate / Increase Ammo Capacity / Increase Range,
  • El Diablo - Increase Ammo Capacity x2/ Increase Firerate / Add Piercing Upgrade,
  • Assault Rifle - Decrease Recoil,
  • Full Auto Rifle - Decrease Recoil, Add Scope,
  • Semi Auto Rifle - Add Piercing Upgrade, Add Scope,
  • Military Sniper - Currently no upgrades available,
  • Double Barrel Shotgun - Increase Reload Speed / Increase Stability / Change Ammo type to Incendiary at will,
  • Flamethrower - Currently no upgrades available,


The Maintenance tab (Also accessed at a worktable from The Workshop) will allow you to repair your guns with alcohol and metal parts! Performing maintenance fixes big part of weapons condition, aswell as resets "repaired X times" count, so repairs on the field can once again be effective. *Warning*, remember to unload your gun before performing Maintenance or Upgrade, or else you'll lose the ammo in it. Joel knew this, which is why he unloaded his guns! Be like Joel and keep your ammo! Now saves most of ammo upon upgrade (guns that have chambered round will only lose the chambered one, so its still better to unload).



  • Low chance to spawn on firefighter zombies
  • Very high chance to spawn on hazmat zombies (Authentic Z support included)
  • Medium chance to spawn in drug labs
To use the flamethrower you must find small propane canisters* which you then right-click and press "Prepare flamethrower fuel" this will give you a full propane canister, always. To refill the small propane canister, use a propane tank
*Warning* no matter how much fuel is left in your small canister, you will use 1/4th of a propane tanks fuel.

*Small propane canisters spawn in garages and mechanic oriented locations, additionally, they are only usable with the flamerthrower, nothing else.


Smokebombs are crafted with sugar, gunpowder and rags. They function very similarly to vanilla smoke bombs, emitting smoke that shields from prying eyes.


Nailbombs are great! They come with multiple ways to craft them, as well as trap versions and remote activated version. For the most part, you'll need 10 units of gunpowder, an empty can, duct tape and something to act as shrapnel.


The goal is to have at least few guns from each entry. Similar guns might not be added, if they seem too similar to eachother (example: Multiplayer Factions you have Full Auto Rifle and Full Auto Rifle with Scope, both were merged and scope became upgrade for this weapon).


We value your feedback, so please post any suggestions you have or bug you have found!

Some additional info:
-Mod works in Multiplayer and is compatible with gun mods like B41 and VFE,
-Due to current game limitations, remote bombs and tripwire bombs won't work on multiplayer (vanila remote/sensor bomb do not work on multiplayer aswell),
-If sandbox option to "add TLOG guns to loot tables" is not enabled (it is enabled by default), guns will only be possible to find on some types of zombies and safehouses ONLY)
-Flamethrower works on players (and its deadly), will not light tiles on fire (but zombies that are on fire possibly can), you cannot use it to light cigarete/fireplace (for now, maybe later?) and works even with fire spread disabled. Unloading of remaining "bullets" from flamethrower magazine is possible (due to current limitations), so you can "store" flamethrower ammo inside your inventory/container and reload canister,
-Flamethrower gives ALOT more aiming experience than Shotgun (will try to fix it),
-There might be cases that when sandbox option to "Disable vanila guns/attachments and .45/223 ammo" is turned on, some might've slipped throught and still appear in world in rare cases,

@Hooey Macgoos It's an old mod, which will NOT recive any updates. Remastered version does have suppresors, but i won't be updating that mod for B42 either. Anyone feeling like updating it, is free to do so, but i'd love to be credited there if possible.
