This is a Player Model of Katyusha (I do hope I spelled that right), from Girls Und Panzer.

Contains

-Katyusha (Player Model)
-Working view model (hands)
-Bodygroups (Hat, Hair, Gloves)
-Face Flexes (Coming As Soon as Possible)
-Hat and Hair physic

A Remaster maybe?
Which would include:
