Plantation Tank and Witch Spawns (Day)

Description
Enables Tank and Witch spawns on Swamp Fever's 4th map (c3m4_plantation).

Now, there is a chance that a tank or witch (or both!) could spawn when you play this chapter in campaign, realism mode, or other mutations.

There is one additional change that this addon provides: This chapter is now considered "daytime" which means that witches will be walking around, and that common infected will notice you from further away. (Despite the sun being out, this chapter is officially considered nighttime.)

There is one downside to this: the map will still be considered daytime during l4d1 mutations, and witches will still walk around instead of sitting.

This addon modifies a single file: c3m4_nothreat. It will work in singleplayer games and when you host a local server. It will obviously not be compatible with the regular version of this addon, which can be found here: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3007910849

I did initially increase the panic values, but they can sometimes overstay or end prematurely. Think I'll try out Discord, thanks for the suggestions!

Modding Dark Carnival's finale is tricky because of how the music is programmed. You could try increasing the value of the panic sections? (But not increasing the stage count). There are discord servers that have people that could help you; try "L4DNation" and "L4D Scripting".

I've been tinkering with Dark Carnival's concert finale, I wanted to make the hordes between tanks end right as the music stops but haven't figured out how. Are you good at remixing finales? If not, is there anyone you know that is?

Because there's a few extra changes I had in mind as well.

Sorry to bother you but I have a few questions regarding editing maps.

How do I access the plain text version of nuc files?

I want to edit existing finales. So is it a good idea to copy and paste from a decrypted finale.nuc into an empty txt and then rename that txt to an existing finale but without the ".nuc"?

Where can I find resources that tells me what maps are daytime, night or a mix of both?

How do I change the daytime on a map to night or vice versa?

I tested it now and got both first try lmao

The reason why the level is by default set as nighttime could be as a method of balance since it's not just the Finale right way but a section of a level beforehand and at the very end a Double Tank! It being nighttime means that Zombies won't see you from as far away.

Unfortunely a lot of people still consider this level frustrating even with that and the absence of Tanks and Witches at the very beggining... If the Finale had less waves like it does on Hard Rain then maybe Tanks and Witches being able to spawn would be more tolerable.

Perfect
