- 合并所有原版和ESC武器的伤害和射速循环科技；
merged Damage and Fire Rate repeatable techs for all original and ESC weapons
- 合并防御平台伤害和船体值、陆军伤害和生命值、海军容量和指挥上限；
merged Defense Platform Damage and Hull, Army Damage and Health, Naval Capacity and Fleet Command Limit
- 给装甲值循环科技添加了1%的船体值；
added 1% Ship Hull to Armor Hit repeatable tech
- 添加了5层帝国领袖容量循环科技（来自原版移除内容）；
added 5 levels of Leader Capacity repeatable tech (from the original removal)
- 指挥上限循环提升至6层
Command Limit repeatable tech raised to level 6
- 添加一条用于停止无限课题的法令
Add an edict for disable Infinity Thesis
- 不需要本地化
The localization is from ESC and the original

**由于修改了所有原版循环科技和ESC部分科技文件，所以与所有类似mod冲突，如果要使本mod生效必须将它排在它们下面**
**because of modifyed all Original repeatable techs files and some ESC techs files, it conflicts with all similar mods, if want this mod to work, must place it below them**
