Description
DV SETTINGS THAT ARE HIGHLY SUGGESTED:
-decentvehicle_timetostopemergency 0 (default value is 5)
-stop when it sees something disabled

Raise the Steer Speed of the vehicle to at least 8 - 16 before racing (I usually put the steer speed to 8)

It is also suggested you disable the Vehicle Damage Option Which You Can Do By:

Holding Q -> Clicking the Vehicles Tab -> Clicking Edit Properties -> Clicking Server Settings -> Clicking enable damage to disable it (its on by default, same with the fuel system)

You may also want to disable the fuel system.

Hey, the Map got taken down, might as well take this down too. just a suggestion
