nZombies Rebalances - [TFA] Halo 3

I don't own any of these, only the rebalanced stats I've set up.

Decided to do a rebalance pack of this mod since I had a need to use these in a match, so now they all have full nZombies compatibility with things like Pack-a-Punch, and Max Ammo refill!

A thing I'll recommend if you use these in your config, the Sniper, Beam Rifle, Rocket Launcher, and Bruteshot are all balanced to be power weapons, so set these pretty rare for your mystery box if you put them in there

They all should work on walls with simple rotations except the normal SMG and Beam Rifle sadly enough, otherwise they all work enough!

Pack-a-Punch Camo system fully works on these weapons and have neat little references to various halo media (that I remember)
