Many years ago, this was a simple two-up-two-down evil undead cleric’s dungeon.
Eventually, some adventurers came along, opened a portal, and emptied it out. Thus it sat, empty and rotting.

Some years later, an enterprising young magical merchant with a bulging coin-purse and a need to be out of view of the authorities for a while noticed all this real estate sitting doing nothing – and thus, Seers Magical Supplies and Sundries came to be!
