“All right, first floor is clear. Locals say a bunch of gunmen entered the building, beelined to the sixth floor, and evicted all the civilians there. We also know that our now-captured agent was residing up there. I’m sure you can do the math. We need to retrieve that agent unharmed, and time isn’t on our side nor are the numbers. Locals also say some dozen insurgents are holding that floor, and there’s only a half-dozen of us. Again, you can do the math. I’ve sent a marksman up through the building across from this one, so we’ll have sniper support at least. Small problem with even getting there, though. Only two of us can fit in each elevator, meaning some of us will need to drop our heavy gear and ascend the stairs. So, who volunteers to climb a few stories?”
