Discord Rich Presence: Custom Character Icons

This is an addon for the Discord Rich Presence mod ( https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2941398687 ) that shows custom character icons in your rich presence when you play a custom character.
This mod is separate due to making some changes outside of rich presence itself, and the mod pretty much requires to re-read all mods to match with the character loader.
Icons are grabbed from the mod's preview image.
