Better CPU Template

Description
A template that modifies the AI file, improving the performances of CPU opponents. It's not perfect (still some dumb SD's) but significantly better than the default AI.

To install the AI patch on your custom character, download the AI file from the YouTube description (follow the videos). Unzip the file, then place inside your Fraytools project, replacing the existing AI hx file. Open the AI hx file in Fraytools, and edit the attack priorities to your liking (you will need to do some testing to see which moves are best for your AI).

NEW: Found the code for scaling AI based off level, so level 1 AI will be less capable than level 9 (and you can now test against your character in training mode again)!

I wanted to update it under the original Steam ID, but Steam said there were dangerous links in the upload. It seems to be fixed now but now that this new one's been uploaded, I guess I'll remove the old one lol

You do know that you can republish the CPU template under the other steam ID's as an update, right? Or is this just for publicity's sake because most people ignore the "recently updated" tab? Good job though, I use it for all my characters.
