Quick Fix Submod for Awakening of the Rebellion

Description
This Submod provides a couple of small fixes to AotR 2.10.3.
Running the submod: in launch options, write "STEAMMOD=3008882507 STEAMMOD=3101174302".
Current changes:
> Fixed SpecOps Gunner platoons having no gunners.
> Fixed SpecOps Scouts being unable to fire at range; Max targeting distance increased to 825.
> Fixed rebel Mortars having less range then advertised; Modified the projectile to be able to travel 1000 range.
> Fixed the right broadside battery of the Dauntless firing at half fire rate.

It warms my heart seeing people work on Star Wars related stuff, especially mods. I almost teared up when I saw how much KOTOR 2 was worked on and how much was restored to the game. When I saw this it just reminded me how awesome some people are, because we can enjoy those games more.

@Job_Tea that bug has an unknown cause and is happening to me too. I know of it, but for now no fix exists. It might be unfixable for all we know.

Hapan ground AI is bugged, only sends a single infantry.
Playing Empire vs Rebels on normal full campain.

Man I thought this mod was going to replace all the laser guns with Medic guns :(
