fool proof reload and ammo

gun reloads
- (controls the fire rate and burst of guns)
tap - fires once every press
hold - keeps firing on press

ammo reloads [all ammo reloads using gun reloads use tap gun reloads]
- (the gun will stop firing for a specified amount of time at a certain number of shots fired)
- (basically it's an ammo and reload system)
- (they dont reload when action 1 is being held)
tap - reload timer starts immediately on press, auto reload on empty
hold - hold to keep reload timer going, no auto reload on empty

ammo type [two types]
- ammo switch
- ammo switch with reload
- action 1 & 2 reload

there are sign bricks showing what controls reload time and ammo/mag count
