You have to add A Crap Ton Of Damage (OD) by Orsoniks & Blood On Walls manually

Settings > gore > Procedural fragments: Enabled, Gore shader: Legacy, Slowly heal injuries: Enabled, Extra shot impact particles: Enabled, Dismemberment loose tissue: Enabled, Fragility multiplier: 2x, Limb crushing sensitivity: 200%

Settings > visual effects > Bloom: Fancy, Bullet tracers: Enabled, Fancy effects: Enabled, Decals: Enabled, Lighting: Enabled

**These are just recommended settings, use whatever you want
