Pets bosses

Description
Fight or tame bosses such as: Glomling, Ewelet, Vargling, Kittykat, Broodling and Giblet and their mutated versions!
Various NPC and quests. Bestiary, quest, stats tracking tools are included.
Default input buttons: X to interact(with NPC or boss trails). Z to listen to previous NPC line.
Each of bosses has their own attacks. Most of them have prominent strenght and weaknes.
Pet bosses start spawning at a certain day(configurable), and respawn a few days later if killed. Each one of them has a place they will likely be around. Look around the Florid Postern portal for NPC that will help you with advices and give you quests that yield unique blueprints or other valuables.
  • Giblet is a speed-based predator which looks for or even summons berry bushes when hungry, healing and boosting his damage.
  • Ewelet has high base defense but it won't last forever if you figure out the deal with it. Fighting alone is not recommended as it can pin players just as a regular Ewecus, and also has a dash kick.
  • Glomling has to be the biggest of them all. Burning everything with his massive goo laser and slamming the ground in large area, his babies and especially players may have trouble staying alive for too long.
  • Vargling 2.0 is probably as original and forgettable as Varg...Altho there may be twist(s).
  • Kittykat boasters high agility as he leaps through the portals to gain inertia to attack unexpectingly.
  • Broodling has many ways to attack from the distance or set its victims on fire.
Or craft a blowdart and use it near pet to turn him into a Boss version.
You can also craft special darts that transmute pet bosses into certain mutated versions.
Meet some loveable(and not so much)NPC:
  • Ghostly gentelman
  • Paranoid archivist
  • Fellow Milson
  • Caring beekeeper
Use interact button to speak or skip dialogue.
Craft unique weapons and modify them with gems that drop from mutated versions of bosses.
Each weapon has unique property and modification gems add another one on top. You can insert common corrupted gem to repair durability.
Regular weapons:
  • Giblet: small speed boost for a short time after attack. 45 damage, 120 durability.
  • Ewelet: after attack you get covered in steel and gain armor bonus for a short time. 36 damage, 250 durability.
  • Glomling: after attack you perform a jump-slam attack that also deals partial damage to enemies around(cooldown). 52 damage, 160 durability.
  • Varg2: you summon a spirit of a hound that deals damage depending on your attack strenght(cooldown). 57 damage, 130 durability, higher range but slower attack period(jab weapon).
  • Kittykat: weapon shoots acorns(short range) but deals less damage. 30 damage, 75 durability.
  • Broodling: weapon starts with lower damage but receives a heat stack on attack, that increases it's damage output and creates a light around you. Stack rate decay depends on their amount. (size and intensity scales). 32-72 damage, 175 uses.
Gem modification for weapons:
  • Storm giblet: you periodically get speed boost from short living tornado that spawns behind you, but still can hit you if you stand in place.
  • Terrifier: chance to scare enemy to death, so they start running away for a short time.
  • Stallion ewelet: targeting enemy makes you receive stacks of courage. You get more stacks further the disctance is. Manually moving during attack resets stack count. Performing two attacks on the same target consumes stacks and deals additional damage depending on the amount of stacks. You get a sound notification when extra strenght is available.
  • Ewelet awkward: weapon randomly becomes throwable when you are some distance away from target(chance based).
Overloaded Glomling: you forcefuly attack second time in a different style dealing additional damage(cooldown).
  • Wet Varg2: when you attack and on fire, it will create a splash to extinguish you, raise you wetness and restore a bit of sanity(cooldown).
  • Flakker: you release up to 2 projectiles if there are enemies near the primal target and weapon range is greatly increased.
  • Feral Kittykat: target receives more damage for short period of time.
  • Tough: you receive stacks of toughness each time you get attacked, pressing "use" button on sword will consume stacks and heal you depending on their amount(cooldown depends on stack count).
  • Raging Broodling: you need to attack when weapon gets charged or else it will create explosion, damaging everyone in range. You get sound notifications when weapon is charged on minumum or it's about to explode.
  • Blue: push enemy on attack dealing minor damage with wind(short cooldown).
Other:
Craftable shrine that shows how many kills of pet bosses you have in total. Summon boss with recipes(disabled by default).
