should be self explanatory
not affected by fps (like a memory cell is) because it uses a time sensor

jumps up in value just a tad when switching between mem cell and mem cell+time sensor outputs.
can be fixed by by removing the mem cell multiply brick if it's not needed
(would probably only be used for display anyways) ^
or by delaying the multiply brick taking in the time sensor output
