Visual Fixes for Aethiopian Units

Description
This mod prevents the bodies of the Hupshu, Seneny Chariot bowmen, Maryannu charioteers, Philistine Swordsmen, and Nakhtu-aa Infantry from clipping through their clothes by replacing their bodies with the 'handships' and 'shoulderhips' versions or removing bodies that are incompatible with the unit's armour.
