Custom Merc - Rin "Neko" Kato

Description
Adds a custom merc "Neko" using vanilla assets with AI portrait that represents the in-game model as close as possible. (Currently using default IMP_female_03 voice, will update her voice after the official moding tool and getting satisfactory AI results.)

She is a fearless Japanese merc who embodies the essence of honor, cherishing traditional values that guide her every action. She specialises in leadership and marksmanship.

Perks: Building Confidence; Spiritial; Optimist; Steady Beathing; Negotiator

Refusal:
If you killed more than 10 civilians, or more than 2 teammates dead in 14 days she might not join the team (custom refusal messages)

Sadly no. Probably no longer on the agenda. I've noticed very few Devs still active in modding fo rthis game since 2023. Which is to be expected, I suppose. But still a bummer for those of us who waited to get in because we wanted to give the modders time to work their magic lol

Neko vanished after the last update. Could not renew her contract. No photo.
Any idea what caused this?

You might want to improve her stats or drop her down to the "recruit" tab (and wage). She has high leadership, but her physical stats are nothing special and her marksmanship is abysmal by AIM standards.

She's also mute, even though you say she uses the IMP_female_03 voice.
