Description
The current footsteps are... too bad! As some devs would say. They "have a lot of compression". This submission adds "new" footsteps sounds that have a higher quality (they are the same as the current ones).

Valve created these sounds for HL2 and then used them for every Source game (except for CS:GO where they added new footsteps)

However, these sounds have a frequency of 25050 Hz, something that I guess it was the standard back in 2000. (now the standard is 48 kHz, but TF2 doesn't support that). This caused the sounds to have low treble values (more noticeable for: grass and chainlink).

Valve allegedly updated these sounds to use 44.1 kHz for Portal 2 and then ported them back to HL2. However, they forgot to update TF2's ones. This submission adds these new sounds.

For the TF2 Team:

There was a problem with 3 types of footsteps: concrete, grass and chainlink. For some reason, these ones weren't updated to 44.1 kHz, but they were for CS:GO. However, the CS:GO sounds have a "tactical suit" layer, so I couldn't use that. I had to do it by myself using Premiere Pro and Audacity. If you have to do it by yourselves... I believe you have the original, high quality files from your sound library. Use them instead. If not...

1. Import the sounds to a video editor
2. Record those sounds using something like OBS. This is important to preserve the 48 kHz frequency.
3. Import the video file to the editor and then export as a 44.1 kHZ wav file
4. Use Audacity or something similar to crop it if necessary.

Also, the footstep sounds for "tile" uses the ones created for "concrete" in HL2 for some reason. These ones are SO compressed, and HL2 have their unique footstep sounds, so I used them. The sound level may need to be adjusted.
